GDPR Compliance

Last updated: July 2026

PokiPix respects the privacy rights of players in the European Union and European Economic Area under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains those rights and how we honour them. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Approach to Your Data

PokiPix is designed to need as little personal data as possible. You can play our free browser games with no account and no sign-up, and details such as your recently played games are stored locally on your own device rather than on our servers.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Where we do process limited personal data, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent (for example, when you contact us), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing of your data.
  • Request a portable copy of the data you provided.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.

4. Exercising Your Rights

Because PokiPix stores almost everything locally and requires no account, you can exercise most of these rights simply by clearing your browser data. For any request we can help with directly, contact us and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

5. Data Transfers & Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. Where data is processed outside the EEA by a service provider, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.

6. Contact & Complaints

To make a data request or ask a GDPR-related question, please use our Contact page or email info@infidec.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
