Last updated: July 2026

PokiPix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can notify us of allegedly infringing content on our free online games portal under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content hosted on PokiPix infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. We take all valid claims seriously and act promptly.

2. What Your Notice Must Include

To help us act quickly, your notice should contain:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the material on PokiPix you want removed.
  • A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. How to Submit a Notice

Send your complete takedown notice through our Contact page or by email to info@infidec.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.

4. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the party that provided the content.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake. We will review counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringers

PokiPix may, in appropriate circumstances, remove or restrict content and take action against parties who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
